Easter is here!

On Easter, I like to eat good food just like the next person and I will probably allow myself to indulge a little today since my mother-in-law is cooking some good stuff.  But I will still control my portions by just getting a little of everything and then saving room for a small portion of the desert that she’s making which I think will be watergate salad.

Don’t deprive yourself of anything (unless of course you are on a prescribed eating plan by a dietician or physician)!  And don’t go anywhere starving to death or you are sure to eat more than you should!
