I was recently visiting a family member and she set out a cereal bar each morning. The “bar” included a couple of “healthy” (but not stuffy ;)) cereals and then raisins, craisins, sunflower seeds, various nuts (all in the raw), and of course fruit.
It was so much fun creating a different healthy combo each day (though I kind of threw everything in the bowl some mornings); and because they were all such nutrient rich cereals, I knew I was getting off to a healthy start. It was a hit with the kids too!
