Professional Guidance
Let us know what your current exercise routine consists of, and we can help you modify the time that you are exercising, specific types of exercises that you can do and the intensity to help meet your goals.  This includes strength training, core/abdominal exercises and cardiovascular modalities.  The amount of sets and reps that you do depends on factors such as your current fitness level and your goals, so let a professional help you manage your workouts more effectively. If you don't currently exercise, by gathering some basic information about your health history and preferences, we can recommend certain exercises for you.  Photographs will be used to demonstrate certain exercises where applicable.
Accountability
Having a 'buddy' that you can consult with about your workouts might be just what you need to keep your schedule and your consistency.  You already know what you need to do and how often, but there are times when you let a few workouts go by due to a busy schedule or unexpected events that come up.  Let us help to monitor your progress and keep you on track and motivated to reach your fitness and health goals.
Nutritional Guidance
Your eating habits are just as important as your exercise schedule.  Let us know what you are eating and we will help you modify your food intake to support the goals we set together. Do you eat when you are bored or stressed?  Emotional eating is a common deterrent to weight loss but it is possible to overcome this challenge.
