Consultation
During the consultation, we will discuss your current exercise regimen (if any), your current eating habits and your health goals. We will determine your availability for training and discuss locations for meeting in the future. This will allow us to get a feel for if my service options will meet your expectations and if you have any health conditions that will need
to be considered.
This will take approximately 20 minutes of your time and is usually the first step to determine if we should continue to move forward with training. Please fill out the following form and someone will contact you.
