Jaimee Brackett
Personal Trainer
Jaimee Brackett went to Heritage College to study personal training and has an Associate of Occupational Studies Degree in Personal Training. She did her internship at Impact Sports Performance working with ages 5-60. Jaimee chose to pursue personal training because she was always into fitness, with playing sports while she was younger. She always feels good when she can help people achieve their fitness goals that they cannot achieve on their own.   She likes to get to know the person and what they like to do for fun and what they don’t like to do, also where they work or what they do for work, that helps me make a program for them that they will like and want to do again. She also like to make different programs every week so that clients don’t get bored with the same exercises. It is always nice to get to know someone so that either the client or she feels more comfortable with meeting each session. Clients like training with her because she tries and make work outs fun and exciting and not making it seem like they have to do it like going to work everyday. They actually look forward to working out. Some clients have said that they can relate with her if it is experiences that we both have had or if it is just talking about things we like, but always with a professional relationship. She is very active in volunteering with the American Red Cross and National Sports Center for the Disabled, with mountain bike riding in the Fat Tire Classic each year

Yoga gave me the courage to stay healthy.  It kept me in contact with people who were positive about life.  Through my experience learning from Ana Forrest, I have been able to stay centered and help others.  The sport of yoga is more than just going to a gym-it is the greatest way to learn about yourself and grow.
