Amanda Parrott, Personal Trainer/Boot Camp Instructor
I became a personal trainer to help people change their lives through weight loss, getting in shape, and to reduce stress through exercise and a smile. Since I was little I have always loved fitness and sports. In college I played Varsity Volleyball and Soccer for the University of Missouri Kansas City. I began Personal Training in January 2009 as an intern with Terri the Trainer. Whilst interning I began teaching Boot Camps at Wash Park twice a week. Once I became certified through ACE, I started acquiring clients and teaching more Boot Camps for Mile High Fitness. I am passionate about fitness and inspiring people to get excited about getting into shape. I am highly energetic and I love getting people pumped up to work out.

Jewel Shoaga-Group Exercise Instructor
Jewel Shoaga is a Colorado native. Jewel's story of how she began a AFAA Certified Group Fitness Instructor is as unique as her name. Just over a year ago Jewel was very overweight. She knew she needed to make some changes and she did. At the beginning of December 2009 she decided to commit herself to a lifestyle of health and fitness. She consistently worked out daily and ate right. If you were to ask Jewel how she did it she would admit it is hard. “It requires focus and lots of sweat”! In just over a year Jewel has lost 145 pounds! As she has taken this journey down the path of health she realized she could share her strength and commitment of fitness with others. Truly, Jewel will inspire you to dig deep within yourself to meet your personal goals.
Jewel Specializes in Boot Camp style classes , Strength training and often subs for other group fitness classes for all activity levels.
